Salon Du Chocolat Shanghai which was scheduled on 8th-10th November 2022 in Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), will be postponed to 29th March – 1st April 2023 in National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). And it will be co-located with HOTELEX Shanghai 2023.
The HOTELEX Shanghai hosted by China Tourist Hotels Association (CTHA) in the 14th Five-Year Plan period, it has played an important role and created a milestone with 400,000 square meters exhibition area in the first Shanghai Tourism Expo which is one of the three landmark activities. The 30th HOTELEX Shanghai was a remarkable work which attracted 211,962 professional visitors, 2,875 exhibitors, and it also included 12 sections and 3 featured areas. The whole supply chain of hospitality and catering industry is fully covered, achieving more comprehensive and efficient display influence.
HOTELEX Shanghai 2023 has 12 sections: Alcoholic Drinks, Beverage, Catering Equipment and Supplies, Baking Equipment and Raw Materials, Ice Cream Equipment and Materials, Coffee & Tea, Franchisees & Catering Investment, Catering Design and Accessory, Food, Catering Ingredients, Food & Catering Packaging, and Tableware.
The Salon Du Chocolat is the world’s most prestigious chocolate show. Since the fair was founded in Paris in 1995, plenty of exhibitors in the upstream and downstream of chocolate industry has been attracted to attend the show. Some of them from cocoa-growing countries, chocolate producers, dessert manufacturers and others in related fields.
The first Salon Du Chocolat Shanghai will be co-located with HOTELEX Shanghai 2023, they will build sophisticated industrial chain communication platform together, it also bring unforgettable and worthwhile experience to exhibitors, visitors and partners from other fields.
