The 5TH CFCA Chocolate Talent Competition
The 5TH CFCA Chocolate Talent Competition has not only established Shanghai FHC Division, but also launched two brand-new competitions: Chocolate Tempering Masters Competition and Chocolate Triangle Tasting Competition. Both competitions adopt on-site competition with real-time evaluation, testing the participants’ abilities.
